For the maximum results, we recommend committing to the group workout 2x's per week. We also know things occur out of your control when kids are involved, that's why we offer Body Back Boost classes not only to enhance your results but also to make up for a missed class. You are allowed to make up 1 Body Back class with 1 Free Boost Class during the session.
Body Back has 3 formats, Rounds, Traveling and Circuit. Each is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) class with a combination of cardio, strength and core. The HIIT method is proven to yield the best results and highest after burn of calories.
Do I need to be in great shape to participate in class?
No. We have all fitness levels in our classes, but we will warn you; these classes are hard! Our goal is to deliver a workout that will challenge any fitness level. You might not be able to do every single thing your first class, but you will be able to by the end of your 8-week session!
No. This workout is not intended for prenatal exercise and we do not recommend following the meal plans during pregnancy. If you become pregnant during the course of your Body Back session, please notify your instructor. We offer Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre as appropriate prenatal exercise programs.
No. This class is for women 18 and older without children present.
