FIT4MOM BOISE CANCELLATION/REFUND/HOLD POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR STROLLER STRIDES/STROLLER BARRE MEMBERSHIP

To cancel this membership, the member must contact the Franchise Owner (summerwalters@fit4mom.com) prior to their next payment due date to request a cancellation. No refunds will be given for dues once it has been paid. This membership is not transferable to another person or anywhere outside the Boise franchise. Once a membership is cancelled, if the member wants to re-enroll they will be charged half the normal registration fee.

HOLD POLICY

Memberships may be held a maximum of 3 months per hold period. Hold starts will coincide with the next date dues is scheduled to be drawn out on and can end on any day of the month. When a hold period is ended, the monthly auto payments will resume on the return date. There will be a $10 processing fee charged to your credit card on file for the hold period.

BODY BACK REFUND POLICY

Reservation fees are non-refundable and as such, once they have been paid - will not be refunded.

Body Back fees for the 8-week session are non-refundable either 10 days before the session starts or once you receive the welcome email one week in advance of the session start date. We give you access to videos, recipe books & proprietary materials that are only offered to paying clients of the session. We allow up to two makeup classes during the session period that you are enrolled in. You may be refunded, less your reservation fee, with written notification ONLY if you are more than 10 days away from the session start date.

FIT4BABY REFUND POLICY

You may receive a full refund up to 10 days before the session start date.
