The magic of Body Back
Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week, results-based, high-intensity workout and nutrition program designed by and for moms. The workouts offer high-intensity, interval formats that give clients a total-body workout.
Body Back® Full Session: A results-based workout designed for moms who want their body back, whether they are 6 months or 6 years postpartum (or more!) Most importantly, it will help women unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment. Body Back® Transformation clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class. Body Back Transformation Full Sessions also include a Fit4Mom Meal Plan with over a hundred recipes created by a nutritionist with vegan/vegetarian/gluten free options and exclusive at-home workout videos only available to the Full Sessions.
What Does an 8 week full Body Back® session Include?
The workouts have been clinically proven in a university research study to help moms lose the weight and return to their pre-baby body composition and confidence. Moms all over the country are achieving results that they never dreamed possible.

For me, Body Back was so much more than just a workout program to get my body back in shape after having kids. Don't get me wrong, after doing the 8 week Body Back program I can honestly say this is the best shape I have ever been in. However, to me it meant the first time I did something entirely for myself since I became a mom to two wild boys. And you know what, I deserved it! It was a family commitment for sure, my husband had to be there to watch the kiddos, we changed some of our eating habits, but at the end of the day my family saw how important this was for me to do for myself.
