Our FIT4BABY Summer Session Starts on JUNE 4 and runs for 6 weeks. We meet on Mondays at St. Al's Family Center & Saturdays outside at parks or other outdoor locations (your instructor will tell you ahead of time). During 2 of our Saturday classes we have Pre-Natal Yoga.
Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Body Back® is a 60-minute, results-based workout designed to help you reach your full physical potential and reconnect to your inner strength. Our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cycles through cardio, strength, and core work and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge and head back to your family. Improve your health, fitness, and physical strength while experiencing a personal transformation. FIT4MOM Boise offers 2-4 Body Back BOOST workout drop in classes a week and we require a Body Back Boost Pass to join.
The Summer 2018 Session of Run Club will be a 15 week long program with the first 4 weeks as a Challenge Group and the last 11 weeks as the official Run Club Session with 2 Runs scheduled per Week on Sunday Mornings at 7:30 AM and Tuesday Nights at 7:30 PM.more
