FITONE Run Club Summer Session Sun/Tues

The Summer 2018 Session of Run Club will be a 15 week long program with the first 4 weeks as a Challenge Group and the last 11 weeks as the official Run Club Session with 2 Runs a Week.

JUNE 10 - JULY 14 CHALLENGE GROUP: Our summer session of FIT4MOM Boise's FITONE Run Club will kick off with a month-long challenge to prepare our minds, bodies, and spirits for training season. From June 10 through July 14, we will get to know each other, learn about hydrating and fueling our bodies, and participate in mini challenges. In addition to four weeks of encouragement, education, and support, you will also receive a fantastic Boise Fit4Mom Run Club "Run Like a Mother" tank.

JULY 15 - SEPTEMBER 25 (11 WEEKS TOTAL) RUN CLUB: Our first official week of training will begin on July 15 with a group run. We will meet Sundays at 7:30am for endurance runs and Tuesdays at 8pm for run clinics and strength training. Each week we will focus on a different component of running, both during our group runs and online in our Facebook group.

Our ten weeks of training will conclude with the Fit One Race (5K, 10K, or half marathon) on September 22. This session we are also including a bonus post-race week with a celebration hike, recovery run, and group reflection on our achievements.
