Cancellation and Return Policy Guidelines

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR STROLLER STRIDES/STROLLER BARRE MEMBERSHIP

To cancel this membership, the member must fill out the Cancellation Policy Request Form prior to their next payment due date to request a cancellation. No refunds will be given for dues once they has been paid. This membership is not transferable to another person or anywhere outside the Boise franchise. Request to Cancel Membership

Members must be members for 3 months or longer before cancelling or putting membership on hold. Please allow 30 days from day from request for membership to be canceled.

Request to Put an Account on Hold

Hold Policy

Members must be members for 3 months or longer before cancelling or putting membership on hold.

Please allow 2 weeks to from day form is completed to have membership put on hold. Membership can be on hold for 3 months without any charge. If account is on held for over 3 months then there will be a $20 reinstatement fee. To put account on hold please copy and paste below link into a new browser and complete form.

Request to Transfer Credit to a New Pass

All passes expire 6 months from purchase date. Fit4Mom does not allow us to extend passes. If you have less than 5 classes left on pass at expiration date you can carry that credit to a new pass that will expire 6 months from new purchase date.
